Tellson and OCTANe have formed a strategic alliance to better serve the growing number of emerging growth and middle-market companies in Southern California. As part of the alliance agreement, Tellson will focus its efforts on enhancing capital resources, investor relations, and strategic partnerships for OCTANe’s membership businesses, including its LaunchPad Alumni and various SMBs operating in the Southern California region.
Through the alliance, Tellson will be introduced to OCTANe’s current and future network which has enabled 500+ companies to connect through their Launchpad SBDC accelerator. Tellson brings access to thousands of domestic and international capital resources, expanding OCTANe’s global reach and strengthening the strategic and financing objectives of OCTANe’s membership businesses. We will work directly with OCTANe’s Growth Services to create capital strategies for companies looking for institutional investors and partners. Partners that bring more than just a checkbook, but add strategic and synergistic value to the relationship.
Together, OCTANe and Tellson will enhance the liquidity and capital raising efforts of OCTANe’s member businesses and facilitate the growth of transformative technology in the Southern California Area.
